- Twice a month, 60 min private sessions with NSI-certified, Brian-Based practitioner. You always get the recording and notes from your session.
- Free LIVE membership to the Brain-Based Wellness site where you will get five LIVE nervous system training and somatic classes a week with Elisabeth and BBW facilitators. All classes are available on-demand the next day to do on your own time.
- Access to the Rewire Portal where you will find worksheets, audio neuro-somatic meditations and EFT taps and practice sessions.
- Free Access to any Brain-Based Wellness LIVE workshops
- Access to Bonus workshop recordings of Elisabeth's most popular workshops
- M-F WhatsApp (voice messaging app) access your designated BBW Rewire coach where you can ask questions and share wins in your growth experience. It's all the support and accountability you need for resilience, growth and behavior change.
- Rewire Coaching is a 6-month coaching container.
- Investment = 6 monthly payments of $750 per month or $4500 pay in full
- Rewire Coaches have all trained extensively with Elisabeth in the BrainBased framework and are certified Neurosomatic practitioners.
- During your discovery call, you will work with a Rewire guide to decide who is the best coach for your unique goals and needs. Our coaches have different specialties including applied neurology for physical outputs and pain, hypermobility, neurodivergence, disordered eating, relational patterns and betrayal trauma, deep belief repatterning and complex trauma coaching.
